HOW IT WORKS
FROM “WHERE DO I EVEN START?”
To wishing you'd done it sooner
New to home organisation and decluttering? Here's our four step process to get your home from cluttered to calm.

01: OVERWHELM

FIRST, LET'S MAKE A PLAN
We'll start with a chat about what's driving you mad, what you'd love to change and how we can make your space work better. That's usually a 15 minute consultation call and a few pics of your untidied, unedited space.
Once we've agreed on the plan, we'll get your date booked with a 50% deposit. Then I'll arrange to pop over beforehand to measure up, and send you a list of any storage items needed to help create your vision.
What happens at this stage:
• Initial chat about your space and what isn't working
• Agree the service, scope, price and appointment date
• Secure your booking with a 50% deposit
• Pre-visit to assess the space and take measurements
• Discuss and agree any storage solutions needed
• Order (and if furniture-size, assemble) any agreed storage products ready for declutter day to your home
• Make a plan for donations, recycling and unwanted items
02: DECLUTTER

TIME TO GET EVERYTHING OUT.
YES, EVERYTHING.
On declutter day, I’ll take everything out of the area we’re tackling, working in manageable sections and laying things out in another suitable space so we can see exactly what you’ve got by section.
We’ll sort through it together, deciding what stays, what goes and what doesn't belong here any more. I’ll take the lead, but you always get the final say on your belongings. Some people love getting stuck in, while others would rather leave the organising to me. We’ll work out how involved you’d like to be, with your input whenever decisions are needed.
We're a no-judgement zone - whether it's sentimental items, mystery cables, duplicate cleaning sprays or that drawer we all pretend doesn’t exist.
03: SYSTEMISE

CONTAIN AND CONQUER TIME. WE PUT IT ALL BACK, AND PLAN HOW WE KEEP IT THAT WAY.
Once we’ve decided what’s staying, I’ll organise everything using the storage we’ve agreed on, whether that’s what you already own or new containers, baskets and dividers.
I’ll group things logically, give everything a proper home, add labels where useful and create simple systems that work around how you actually use the space.
